Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your item(s) under the conditions below.

Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in the original packaging

• All tags must still be attached

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will cover the return shipping costs

• You will receive a replacement or a full refund

Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or duplicate items:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear

• Bodysuits / body tops

• Earrings

• Any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days
