Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and may vary:

  • Domestic shipping: 2–7 business days

  • International shipping: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Delays
Bella Storia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. During busy periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages

  • Additional shipping costs may apply if a package needs to be reshipped

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not claimed and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for resending the order.
